20 yearsJob Description : NSM VIETNAM National Sales Manager job has become available at one of the multinational consumer electronic firms, based in Hanoi. Reporting directly to General Director, this is the role for the person who is a leader in their field. In this role, you will work on sales strategies, giving action plans, sales forecast, budget planning for the product category. Develop and maintain the business with key accounts and channels, including GT, MT and ecommerce for nationwide Responsible for trading terms, strategies and guidelines In charge of market research, relationship building with clients and distributors Responsible for monthly business performance assessment with all stakeholders Involve in new product development plans Recruit and train and coach sales team At least 20 years in consumer electronics and 8 years working in the same position, Strategic thinking and problem solving ability with strong data analytic skills required, strong leadership Interpersonal skill, customer relations, planning and organising skills, negotiation skill Ability to work under pressure
