Job Description : MARKETING DIRECTOR JOHANESBURG SOUTH AFRICA FOR PHARMA Leadership Coaching & Development of the Marketing Team & Managers Development & Implementation of Marketing Plans & Strategies Conducting Market Research and Product Feasibility Studies (BI) Ensure Brand Profitability through Strategy Implementation & Execution of Brand Healthcare and Corporate Campaigns Partnership Relationship Management & Engagement with Market Access to strengthen relevant MHC companies. New Business Development through guiding the company’s Portfolio Strategic Direction Financial – Manage & Ensure the delivery of Brand Financial Goals through Brand Performance Budgeting – Plan and Control local Marketing Expenditure New Product Launches Optimisation of Cross-Functional Support – Ensure effective Communication and Collaboration across Sales, Medical Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal & HR Establishing appropriate Marketing Systems & Procedures to ensure efficient Operations & Control Delivery Direct Management of all Marketing Team Activities Appropriate Business and/or Marketing Degree/Diploma Appropriate Medical or Pharmaceutical Qualification (Advantage) Min 15 years Senior Management Experience in a marketing role with at least 2 years in a Head of Marketing position. Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales Knowledge & Experience of Core Marketing, including Sales, Key Accounts, Business Development, Regulatory, Legal, Medical, Training, Supply Chain, Finance & People Management
