Deputy Manager

Job Description : Dy. Manager – HEMM* for a leading mining and mineral processing company based in *Central Africa* Experience: 10+ years Qualification: BE / B. Tech – Mechanical / Automobile Engineering • *Having knowledge of TATA PRIMA, HOWO, ESCORTS HYDRA, LMV, VOLVO & CHINESE XCMG ADT Technology* • *ALL kind of HEMM, Drilling Machine, Fleet, and Crane’s overhauling work. (CAT, KOMATSU, VOLVO, Indian Chinese Products (Zoom Lion, HOWO, SANY, SDLG)* • *Experience in VOLVO ADT & CHINESE DUMP TRUCKS* • *Major Overhauling work of All the Equipment’s and Cost Controlling Repair works* • Preventive Maintenance work & Maintenance Planning. • Mobilization and Demobilization Plan & Monthly budget and Annual Budget Plan. • Equipment Availability increasing with proper Maintenance planning • *Operation and Maintaining the Drilling Unit and HEMM and Fleet* • Spare parts Planning and Inventory control & Hydraulics Troubleshooting • Achieving maximum availability of HEMM Fleet at optimized cost and manpower, with minimum operational breakdowns training the technician for trouble shooting methodology. • Increasing the availability of Dump Trucks, construction equipment, ADT, LMV, SOP and quality in maintenance activities. • Forecasting the annual need of spare parts for HEMM; preparing operational & CAPEX budget for Maintenance activities • Preventive maintenance compliance, reducing operational breakdown with through routine checks and measures, manpower utilization, troubleshooting the critical technical problems, delivering hands on trainings to the technicians • Achieving targeted availability of HEMM, Cost optimization methods to be executed. • Availability of Fleet for operation; Maintenance cost per BCM, Manpower utilization; spare parts planning; spare parts inventory holdings. • Familiarization with the operation; Coordinate with operations team, knowing the procurement process & financial process and spare parts inventory study. • Achieving planned availability, planning spare parts, initiation of cost optimization ideas. • To have greater alignment between operation team and garage team & trainer team, minimize spare parts inventory holdings, minimize maintenance cost per bcm. • Train and establish robust maintenance process for higher deliverables with optimized cost. Provide inputs for the New Fleet which can be highly efficient for our operation. • Garage team HEMM Dump Trucks and LMV And support Fleet.
