Job Description : Works Manager Location : Tanzania Reporting to: Directors About: Manufacturer of grain storage bags intended to serve the production sector. The company produces and distributes woven polymer-based extruded products like bags, sacks and tarpaulins, enabling clients in agriculture and cement industries to get an alternative for packaging. Role: to optimise & maintain efficiency of manufacturing operations · Responsible for the overall organisation, management direction and control of all factory functional departments and to ensure that waste is minimised and production output is maximized. Senior managerial experience of 10 years in a similar role, multifaceted exposure to operations, finance & administration are an added advantage.
