Treasury and Corporate Finance Head

Job Description : HEAD OF TREASURY AND CORPORATE FINANCE MALAYSIA A world-leading retail company is recruiting for a Head of Treasury and Corporate Finance job in Malaysia to join their team. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all finance-related functions. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage all funding and capital, corporate governance and compliance matters to maximise shareholder value. To lead the alignment of corporate strategy and direction To monitor, review daily cash flow forecast To review, clear, approve payments by way of online banking approvals and cheque To manage various key external relationships with bankers, lenders, rating agency, as well as other financial partners To collaborate with the Business Finance, Business Units, Strategy Department and tax departments To be involved in any corporate finance exercise To develop various financial models To monitor and report key financial covenants To actively monitor offerings from banks : Degree in Finance or Accounting. ACCA, MIA, CPA, MICPA, ICAEW, etc. is an added advantage More than 10 years of working experiences in similar capacity Team Management Experience is an advantage Strong cash flow management experiences
