Sales Head

Job Description : SALES HEAD MALAYSIA In this business critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the fatty acids sales team to ensure that all activities and plans are executed and implemented. You will also ensure that all sales targets are being achieved in the assigned sales territory. Lead all aspects of sales and marketing management and new business development activities which also include long term sustainable development, setting account goals and objectives and ensure achievement Meet the targeted and budgeted marketing contribution while balancing an optimum product mix Ensure the company's products are fully sold (capacity) - soap noodles/glycerine/by-product/DFA Maintain maximum profit of the said whole portfolio Explore and expand company's product market share for soap noodles, glycerine, etc. globally Maintain and strengthen customer relationship with new or existing customers. This includes attending to customer enquiry/complaint/repeated sales/technical question Arrange for customer visit at least two times a year Plan and strategise for developing business and achieving the company goal/KPI Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales, and upper management, for use in organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning Full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development Establish the lead requirements needed to meet company objectives The successful Head of Sales (Fatty Acid) must have key experience within the fatty acids product as well as the connection with the relevant segments. Bachelor’s or professional degree in a related discipline or equivalent with a minimum of fifteen years' experience in related fields Highly-motivated, autonomous, excellent team player and innovative Hands-on, detail/results-oriented, excellent problem solving and good organisational/planning skills having experience in handling industrial business Ability to work with employees at all levels
