15 yearsJob Description : HR DIRECTOR GUINEA HR Director to lead our Human Resources function with the purpose of creating and implementing human resources policies and best practices in line with the company’s strategic goals. Main Responsibilities of HR Director · Overseeing the entire spectrum of human resources functions such as onboarding, HR operations, leave management, and performance management (except Payroll). · Coordinate with travel desk & take care of all administrative works. · Building effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders to define & lead initiatives to support the achievement of business goals. · Reviewing, formulating, and implementing HR policies and procedures. · Leading the execution of change programs. · Acting as an advocate of the company’s values and culture to create a best-in-class work environment. Key Requirements · Minimum 15 years of experience in the Africa & Manufacturing industry · Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. · Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources Management. · You have prior experience in a leadership role in Human resources. · You possess an in-depth understanding of employment legislation. · You possess excellent stakeholder management & business partnering skills. Salary - Upto USD 3000 to USD 3500. ACCOMODATION, FOOD, MEDICAL, VISA, AIR PASSAGE WILL BE BY COMPANY.
