Job Description : Production Manager Masterbatch Base Location Ota Ogun State, Nigeria Reporting to Factory Manager Qualification CIPET/B.Sc, Experience required:8-10years Salary $1500-2000 USD/Month The candidate should be well known to operate production machine,sound knowledge of Twin screw extruder,single screw extruder,good knowledge in raw materials,training to the subordinate,set new grade,issue of raw materials,booking of finished goods,maintaining good condition of machines,minimum consumption of spare parts,reduce production waste and improve production out. a)Increase output of finished products. b)Reduce process waste. c)Reduce spillage of raw materials and finished products. d)Training to subordinate. e)Maximum utilization of machines. Production a) Should be able to achieve production target. b)Candidate should be able to reduce process waste. c)Should be able to manage the shift successfully. d)Should be able to train the subordinate. e)Candidate should be able to minimise use of spare parts. Candidate should be 8-10 years minimum experience holder and should have knowledge of production of white master batch, colour master batch, additive master batch based on PE/PP/PET/PS polymers and filler master batch based on PE/PP polymers. Candidate should be able to guide maintenance team for proper maintenance of machines. Candidate should have well exposure about raw materials for master batch . Candidate should be able to managed a team of production staffs and also should be able to manage day to day routine job Candidate should be able to handle trouble shoot in case of any machinery problems Job purpose of the direct reportees is to assist factory manager to achieve the overall objectives of the Function by delivering as required.
