Job Description : Project Manager - Civil Construction Location :- Gaborone, Botswana ???????? CTC :- US$2500 (tax applicable on this) Criteria :- Age 30 or 30+ Preferably Married Job Description ;- Looking for a dynamic Project Manager, Civil Engineer to be based in Gaborone, Botswana having min 10 years of experience in Construction field, a Master Degree Holder and has a capacity to handle multiple construction sites simultaneously. Someone who can forecast, plan & is a team player. Job Location :Gaborone , Botswana HIRING PREFERENCE ORDER: • B-tech civil with Masters degree mandatory • Should be willing to relocate to Botswana as Single First • Company will arrange work permit/visa/Air tickets /accommodation /Vehicle • Should be willing to sign 3 Year Contract with the company • Should have all the education, experience & other certificates • Driving License Experience : • Skills: Project Management and residential projects , Multi Storey Building and Housing. • Project Management: 5 years (Preferred) • PMP Certification will be an added advantage Role : • Candidate should have experience working on Assisting in construction management • Candidate should have relevant experience in the field of water supply & underground Sewerage system. • Will be reporting to the CEO/COO and managing a project. • Preparing Bill of Quantities based on the drawings as per the requirement of clients. • Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawing. • Checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls and slabs etc. • Responsible for construction management, quality assurance and administration of the contracts under the project for the assigned subprojects. • Supervise the construction activity appropriately implementation of work as per design; • Record the work measurement and certify the contractors bill; • Monitor the construction method by assessing the adequacy of the contractors input materials, labour, equipment and construction methods; • Furnish the detailed construction drawings as necessary during continuance of the contract; • Contract management and Performance Monitoring of the contractors; • Assist third party inspections, if necessary, as decided by Client; • Assist the Client in interim and final certification of the bills of payment; • Assist the Client in issue of completion certificates. • Support in preparing Project Completion Report and progress reports Resolve contractual issue during implementation • Manage Sub contractors and all professionals.
