Job Description : BUSINESS DIRECTOR FOOD DISTRIBUTION UAE 20-25 years experience The role holder to spearheads and oversee organization's distribution procedures, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. Coordinate with different departments to identify and understand the distribution needs of food business, set goals and guidelines, manage budgets and schedules, delegate tasks among managers, develop strategies to optimize operations, and present reports to the executives and shareholders. Reporting to the Group CEO Responsible for managing multiple brands and channels with core responsibilities of delivering profitability, capability building, new business development and building relationships with key customers. They must also liaise with externals parties, building positive relationships with them. Moreover, a distribution director must lead and encourage the workforce to reach goals while monitoring the progress of operations. Should be able to grow the distribution of current brands and add more brands complimenting the existing portfolio Collaborate and build partnership with stakeholders (Internal & External) across value chain. · Will be responsible towards enhancement of distribution scope of current brand portfolio and grow the portfolio with complimenting brands. · Responsible for strategic alignment of business towards rapid growth and broaden new prospects. · Ensure global trade compliance practices are in effect across product distribution to ensure compliance with all import/export requirements
