Job Description : Business Manager for leading polymer based out at Uganda Job Title: Business Manager Polymers/Chemicals (Sales Marketing) Location: Kampala, Uganda Job Mission: Sales :- • Responsibility of Polymers & Chemicals ,handling Key accounts in Uganda & Exports Markets • Responsible for Sales, Inventory, Receivables and profitability. Principal Responsibility: • Delivers Annual Volume and Gross-Profit plans by implementing Sales Strategies to achieve the Volume and Profit Objective • Establishes Sales Objectives by Forecasting; Projecting Expected Sales Volume and Profit for Existing and New Products. • Maintains Sales Volume, Product Mix and Selling Price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand. • Responsible and Accountable for Developing and Executing Business Strategies to deliver growth in accordance with the Strategic Plans • Responsible for New Business Development & Territory(Market) Development • Proactively identifies opportunities for Sales Process Improvement Responsible for Generating Sales Leads Knowledge and Experience: 1. Relevant Industry experience – 12 to 15 years 2. Self-Starter with Sales background in Polymers/Chemicals 3. Ability to Analyze Sales Data. 4. Experience in Africa preferred
