Job Description : Sr Sales Manager for leading corrugate and packaging business Roles And Responsibility • Good Stability • Qualification – MBA, Marketing, or similar professional qualification • Min 15 years’ experience out of which at least 5 years in similar position in Folding Cartons & Corrugated Packaging with an organization/s of repute. • Must be from Corrugated cartons / folding cartons background • Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the Folding Cartons & Corrugated Packaging Business in domestic and export markets to achieve sales objectives. • Must develop the sales strategy to achieve organizational sales revenue and Profit goals • Ability to ensure collections are as per the sales value • Increase customer base - adding new customers • Networks with and develop strong working relationships with existing and potential client base. • Ensures appropriate workflow management between staff through appropriate delegation of work. • Good knowledge of processing Folding Cartons & Corrugated Packaging
