Job Description : GM UAE n the manufacturing industry based in Umm Al Quwain. Job Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience. – Minimum of 15 years operations experience, including at least 3 years of experience managing industrial facility or distribution center. – Candidates within the manufacturing or packaging industry only will be considered. – Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. – Budget development and oversight experience. – Critical Thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. – Strong organizational skills. – Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to engage multiple functions (technical, engineering, general management) within a business.
