Corporate Finance Director

Job Description : CORPORATE FINANCE DIRECTOR VIETNAM A world-leading professional services firm in Ho Chi Minh City is calling applications for Corporate Finance Director. The Corporate Finance Director will report to the Partners and will be in charge of deal sourcing and strategic planning of the business in Vietnam. Be responsible for deal sourcing and business expansion for the Vietnam business Initiate and retain close relationships with potential and existing clients Be responsible for the execution of close of M&A deals by working with both internal stakeholders and service providers Develop pitch presentations on M&A opportunities Support partners in their relationship management responsibilities, including with current and prospective clients Manage, develop, and train team members To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in deal advisory or investment. Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of clients is also preferred for this role. Graduated from top-notch universities At least 10 years of working experience in relevant roles Strong proven records of successful performances in both local and international markets Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
