Job Description : Route to Market Manager for one of the Indian Multinational company. GHANA Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate. Experience: 10+ years experience Job Description: RTM: Conceptualize, Develop, Execute & Manage the RTM for Ghana. Develop KPIs & deliverables, weekly/monthly review formats for the team. Develop annual plans for numeric/weighted distribution target. Knowledge of working on SFA platform Develop manage new channels create strong MIS & Analyses reports and reporting mechanism to optimize RTM in Ghana. Sales Management : Sell out target for all team with daily/weekly tracker Monthly review and MIS at country level for all sell-out activities. sales analyses and MIS reports and reporting mechanism to optimize sell-out per company objectives. MIS & reports: Basic knowledge of MS PPT. Develop Daily/weekly/monthly review formats. Ability to work on SFA platform and hands-on with Sales IT skills. Must have strong excel skills (pivot table, Vlookup etc).
