Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO to join the senior leadership team of a major player in the trading, distribution and retail sector. The organisation is a household name based in the UAE, with operations throughout the region. This key leadership role is a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board as well as the driving force behind a full-service finance team supporting the Group’s international operations. Based in Dubai, the CFO is responsible for compliance, financial management, treasury, management information, reporting, risk management and inspiring the finance team towards breakthrough performance! This role is ideal for an experienced CFO ready for a new challenge, or a current Group Financial Controller who is ready to take the next step in their career. The perfect candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with a financial degree and MBA and a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles and proven experience in transformation and change management. In addition, the ideal candidate will be a great communicator, an authentic and inspiring people leader, and a courageous change champion.
