Chief Executive Officer 
15 yearsJob Description : CEO OMAN The CEO shall serve as a critical member to the executive management team as they shall articulate and implement strategic vision for the company that focuses on overall growth; to plan, conceptualize and direct the Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Business Development strategies for the company. Moreover, to oversee the implementation of the strategic plan in close coordination with the Executive team members. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: As a member of the Executive management team, participate in the development and improvement of the company’s overall vision and strategy and contribute to the overall process of corporate’s operations and decision making to ensure the company maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and returns to its shareholders. Lead the effective implementation of the related strategic plans through clearly establishing goals and objectives as well as translating the overall corporate strategy to the department team, identifying expectations and creating objectives. Ensure that the departmental strategy is translated into annual operational business plans for the company and the performance is monitored annually to ensure the business plans are in line with the overall corporate strategy through anticipating the future challenges compared to the current challenges. Manage senior management team on all HR, Legal, and Procurement, and Business Development matters to facilitate achievement of business goals. Drive company results from an operational perspective working closely with the executive team. Lead and facilitate the change through continuous improvement of functional systems, operations, processes and practices considering international practice trends which demand proactive action plans. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (HR, Legal, Procurement,). To coordinate with Business Development to manage resources. Perform supervisory duties and exercise the execution authority at the level established by management for the position. Work closely with executive team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company. Play an active role in strengthening and maintaining the management and governance culture and practices that reflect the Company’s core values. Lead a growth-oriented mindset, positive spirit and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines. Oversee in developing detailed policies and procedures of the sub departments under the corporate support department in order to meet the objectives of the company. Moreover, to ensure the implementation and improvement of those policies, procedures and processes. Provide counselling when required in all corporate support areas of responsibility. Build a strong sustainable positive workforce environment and culture in the company. Develop sound relationships with stakeholders including community in order to gain mutual benefit. Display professional expertise, develop and oversee the implementation of change initiatives and obtain closure and delivery in achieving results. Assess organizational performance to achieve targeted KPIs against both the annual budget and long-term strategy of HR, Legal, Procurement. Direct the development, planning, coordination and management of all corporate support activities ensuring adherence to the short, medium, and long-term strategic objectives. Qualifications and Key Requirements: Minimum Academic Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution in Management, Business Administration, Operation Management or any equivalent degree. MBA, M.Sc. are preferable. Minimum Work experience: 15 years of experience , out of which 5 years is in senior management level. Preference to experience in a technical Environment e.g. Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure Skills, Professional certificates & Competencies Required/Know How: In depth knowledge of company’s business objectives and operations. Excellent understanding of strategic business functions of HR, Legal, Procurement & Business Development. Executive presence and excellent business acumen. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Excellent leadership skills Excellent decision-making Skills Fluent in English and Arabic.
