Mechanical Planning Manager

Job Description : MECHANICAL PLANNING MANAGER DRC 20+ years experience • Advanced proficiency in project scheduling in MS Projects. • Must be able to setup and manage multiple project schedules. • In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects (SMPP) within the industry. • Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions. • Good multidiscipline knowledge, good knowledge of project lifecycle, experienced in setting detailed multidisciplinary project/construction schedule including resourcing. • Collect and analyze data, determine staffing needs and supplies collaborate with project managers, monitor progress on projects & prepare summary reports. • Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks. • Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system. • Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders. • Monitoring project timelines and deadlines. • Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner.
