Job Description : General Manager - Quality Functional Role : Quality Industry Type : Manufacturing Domain Qualification & Experience : Full time BE in reputed university with 25 to 30 years of relevant experience Position Role & Responsibilities : Head and lead the Quality function in Supplier and Customer Quality Good exposure on supplier quality, In process quality vendor development, customer and field quality with an approach to achieve Zero Defect. Should have commanding knowledge in SPC, MSA,PFMEA, APQP, and PPAP etc. besides application of problem solving techniques such as Why-Why analysis, QC story, DOE, PDCA etc. Knowledge on manufacturing process like machining, grinding, turning & Automation Focus on customer experience Responsible for certification audit IATF, QMS, Customer Audit and other audit management system. Nature of Experience : Leading team of profession in all three facets of Quality field (Mfg., Supplier and Customer) from manufacturing sector, preferably from Automotive Industry. General Skill : Problem Solving Analytical Skill Communication Decision Making, Empathy, Ability to lead during crisis
