Financial Controller

Job Description : FC MALAYSIA Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be leading the finance team in recording and reporting financial numbers and ensuring compliance, whilst driving continuous improvement. Ensuring timely monthly closing and reporting of financial books Preparing financial report, financial statements and annual report in compliance with the regulations Preparing insightful analysis of numbers to the business Ensuring controls are in place and processes are compliant with policies Acting as the key liaison person for external auditors, tax and other stakeholders To succeed in the Financial Controller role, you must possess around 20 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced environment and large organisation. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or professional qualification recognised by MIA External audit exposure would be an added advantage Strong stakeholder engagement and familiar with change management Ability to understand the business and lead/guide the finance team Meticulous, independent, organised and ability to interact at all levels
