Job Description : Plant Head Satish Injecto Plast Pvt Ltd – Nashik Job description Key Responsibilities: Competent in handling Plant Operations Ensure Plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely. To increase business by meeting customers & developing parts on time with right Quality. Job Description KPI monitoring & achieving as per given targets To comply statutory & regulatory requirements. To ensure timely development of New Products from Tool Room. To increase sales as per Annual Business Plan. To enhance the plant efficiency & by adding profit / financial figures / P&L of the organization year on year. Effective management of plant operations with 100% delivery & Zero customer complaints. To maintain 5S, Lean manufacturing in shop floor & ISO9001, ISO 14001 ISO 45001, IATF, MSES, SBCB audits. To control cost in all departments in line with Budget. Ensure safety of men, materials and machine amongst employees. To certify deviation Handling and Management of Quarantine Product (Authorization for Rework) NC management and abnormal situation handling. Managing team, workloads and deadlines strategically decided. Prepare & ensure policies, procedures for both Internal & external customer. Other Skills: Education : CIPET / MTEC / BTEC /PLASTIC Experience : 15 Yrs. & above Knowledge of Product & Process Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Result Orientation Planning & Organizing Strategic Thinking Visionary approach.
