Finance Head

Job Description : HEAD OF FINANCE UAE an international entity headquartered in Dubai for the past 20 years has an exciting expansion project into the healthcare sector that creates an opportunity for a Head of Finance. Candidates must hold a recognised Accountancy qualification and should be a leader capable of taking full responsibility for the complete spectrum of financial activities within the business. You must be able to demonstrate a proven record of 15+ years in finance with 3 to 5 years as a Head of Financial and Controls functions within a medium to large sized organisation with an international bias. The role will require you to build and develop a team able to handle finance functionality, assess the current ERP systems and make recommendations for upgrade or replacement and supervise the implementation of the same whilst also developing internal control policies guidelines and procedures for the finance function. At a strategic level you will act as a business partner to the senior management and as the strategic direction of the business will involve managing the financing of large projects and investments experience in fundraising, mergers & acquisitions and managing relationships with investors will be essential.
