Job Description : EXPORT SALES MANAGER GCC Export Sales Manager (Surgical / Nitrile Gloves) Job Description: Job Responsibilities: The prime responsibility of the Export Manager will be able to boost international sales. Following are some other responsibilities that will have to be adhered to: · Responsible for new business development from African, Latin American and Asian markets, ensuring recurring business from existing customers, and maintaining good relationships. · Assist to prepare territory budgets and recommend appropriate distributors for all assign region and design all organization projects and facilitate in sales for same. · Coordinate with internal departments like production, quality, account and dispatch for timely execution of customer orders. · Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and supervise achievement of all sales targets for all assign areas and analyze all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies for same. · Develop and manage direct contacts and relationships with key opinion leaders and distributors. · Design all required marketing and sales program for assign territory and maintain knowledge on all competitor products and participate in various exhibitions and seminars · Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department. · Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management. · Responsible for overseas medical exhibition analysis and participating accordingly. · Participating in Tenders overseas through our appointed distributors in respected countries. · Develop all objectives and goals for market sales and net revenue for all export activities. Candidate Requirements: · Master's degree in relevant field preferred · Minimum 15 years of work experience · Proven international sales experience in areas like Africa and Latin America · Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation. · Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. · Effective communication and negotiation skills. · Exceptional customer service skills.
