Job Description : FMCG PLANT MANAGER THIALAND ( EXPATS) A world’s leading FMCG manufacturer based in Chachoengsao is recruiting an outstanding Plant Manager (x 1 vacancy) who will have full responsibility covering from production, engineering, quality, planning & logistics, continuous improvement, to HSE for all manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced in a safe, healthy, and sustainable environment, according to expected quality standards, right service levels and optimal cost. Reporting to Regional Operations Director (Foreigner) based in Singapore, you will play a vital role to define operations strategy, deliver the highest quality and production volumes, and assure safety & reliability including continuous improvement for the operations of manufacturing facilities. You will enjoy attractive allowance and bonus for this role. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop factory workforce and has full responsibility for the plant operations and management Ensure sufficient flexibility in cost base to assure competitive conversion costs to support delivery of output which meets demand Set safety health and environment culture and role model behaviours and be accountable for safety health and environment requirements and legislation implementation and ensure compliance to legal and corporate standards & policies Define priorities and deliver projects resourced appropriately against critical business needs and delivers excellent results within the plant through engaged leadership and coaching including driving a culture of engagement and developing capabilities Builds an excellent and effective management and middle management team Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or other related fields with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in FMCG manufacturing environment Excellent leadership skills with profound knowledge and experience in operational excellence Demonstrated ability to restructure and implement change within the factory to improve productivity Strong passion and track record for improving safety and quality within factories Solid understanding of budgeting with good understanding of financial processes Good command of Thai and English is a must
