Job Description : SAP - Project Manager / Accounts Manager - Oil & Gas Domain DUBAI Monthly Salary: $3000 - $4000 ( USA Dollars - Full Tax Free Salary - Depending on Experience) Project Duration:2 Years 8 Years or above Gulf - Work permit / visa will be sponsored by the company Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc or equivalent Must have at least 8 Years IT experience Must have at least 4 years as project management experience Must have at least $1M - $10M project delivery experience - Experience of managing multiple business areas within the client programme - Sound experience as SAP Project Manager for 2 years or above - Track record of successful project delivery / managing with in the budget - Specialist in all aspects of project management / project planning / estimating / budgetary control and RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) - Excellent stakeholder management skills to negotiate, persuade and influence business decisions at senior management level - Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage / resolve - conflicting with 3rd parties / service companies / deadlines and priorities - Able to use judgement and provide sound justification for decisions, tailoring approach to delivery based on past experience - Able to work collaboratively across an organisation, building a network of contacts both internally and externally - Must have sound /clear communication English skills (verbal and written); Any other foreign language(s) are added advantage - Strong leadership, people management and team building capabilities, with experience of line or matrix management of teams - Business change management experience gained from successfully managing the organizational, cultural and stakeholder challenges of a transformation project Should have Experience in: - In Any financial software product development/ maintenance projects, business merger / transformation, integration, migration projects - Project Manager / Programme Manager / Delivery Manager experience in any IT Services in Development / Maintenance Projects/Delivery --Proven experience in managing portfolio of complex projects --Highly committed and delivery focused --Complete experience in all SDLC phases , mainly with change management processes - Good experience with Change Management tools like IBM Rational - Requisite Pro/ Clearquest / Clearcase, Microsoft VSS, JIRA, CVS,SVN,GIT - Strong analytical,logical and numerical skills - Able to make project progress / presentations every fortnight and make sure project deliverables are on track Tools / Skills: Microsoft - Office (Excel/ powerpoint /Outlook) Microsoft - Teams Jira / Confluence / Slack Certifications: - Having certification(s) - MSP, APMP, Prince 2 or PMP are major added advantage Nice to have: - Any GDPR experience in added advantage - Any on site experience is added advantage - Any Oil & Gas - Projects delivery is major advantage Business Verticals: - Oil and Gas - Banking and Financial Services - Capital Markets / Stock Markets / Forex Trading - Telecom - Supply Chain / Logistics - Travel and Hospitality - Retail – Healthcare
