Financial Planning and Analyst Head

Job Description : FP & A HEAD UAE a global FMCG company is recruiting a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team in Dubai · Possesses robust enterprise partnering mind-set to guide Sales & Marketing via monetary modelling and KPIs, to facilitate higher and quicker selection making. · Support management group on diagnosed Risks and Opportunities opinions and impact selection making through clear recommendations. · Lead function in getting ready key economic estimate cycles building up and longer-time period strategic plan (3-year/ 5-year plan). · Empower the enterprise through supplying well timed and insightful overall performance tracking updates and dashboards monthly, with a non-stop attempt to digitisation and automation · Ensure easy and correct monetary preparation · Adapt monetary packs to simplify processes, with a robust attention toward user-friendliness · Ensure Group's reporting tips and cut-off dates are met on a well-timed basis · Enforce right economic manipulate at the integrity of information and reviews generated · Inculcate self-provider and insightful economic sharing though virtual tools · Test reasonableness of change inventory · Track and display A&P & T&E spend and alert applicable stakeholders · Contribute to procedure optimisation and device automation in general · Adhere and force Group's on-going Finance 4.0 transformation · Key factor of touch to Region and HQ on Transformation subjects regarding monetary reporting and analysis · Lead, increase and keep skills with a group of two direct reports · A bachelor's degree, preferably within an Accounting or Finance discipline · Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, ideally with minimum 3 years in managerial position · Strong knowledge of International Finance Reporting Standards (IFRS) · Strong knowledge in Excel application · Knowledge of Business Analytical techniques and methods · Knowledge of PRISMA/Polaris and related add on applications · Familiarity with JD Edwards will be an advantage
