Plant Head

Job Description : PLANT HEAD INDIA CTC 70LPA leading building materials and construction chemicals manufacturer in India. They have multiple plants across India. Currently they are looking to hire a Plant Head for their plant in Dahej, Gujarat Reporting into the COO and managing 200 people operations, you shall be responsible for: · Creating a culture of integrity, customer centricity and compliance · Ensuring plant operations are carried in a smooth and efficient manner · Ensuring operation of plant at a higher efficiency (Global Automotive Operating Discipline compliance : quality , cost, cycle time etc. ) · Ensuring compliance to set EHS norms and statutory compliance at plant · Ensuring product delivery as per the quality standards · Ensuring timely redressal of customer concerns · Managing and overseeing administrative activities Ideally you are an engineer/graduate from a pedigree institute and should have managed plants in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry. You should have an overall experience of 15-20 years out of which last 3-5 years at a plant head position already. You should be result oriented, skilled communicator and should have good interpersonal skills. You should value and practice integrity, customer centricity and innovation. You should have a terrific track record in leading teams and should be ready for a challenging assignment.
