Treasury Head

Job Description : TREASURY HEAD SINGAPORE The company has a strong global presence and is rich in their corporate history. They are the largest independent logistic carrier in the world and the Treasury function has been critical for its continued success. Due to business continuity needs, there is now an excellent Head of Treasury opportunity with a successful logistic firm that oversees global operations and investment projects. · Reporting to the CFO, you will head the treasury function, manage a team of 4 headcounts · Working closely with C-suite on strategic initiatives, support new acquisition/investment, develop cashflow projects, budgeting cash reserves for projects · Maintain commercial relationship with bankers, ensure optimal credit/debt financing for assets including vessels · Execute bunker hedging, management of FOREX trades for the group globally · Management of Treasury Management System (TMS), ensure controls and support new system upgrades · Degree in Accountancy/Banking/Economics/Finance or equivalent, with at least 10 years of working experience · Industry knowledge in shipping/logistics, system knowledge in SAP Hana will be highly advantageous · Strong in foreign exchange, vessel financing, bunker hedging · Display good hands on financial modelling experience, able to perform project management duties to support new investments · Accountable to stakeholders, good commercial acumen and gravitas to engage with senior leadership/C-Suite leader · Collaborative working environment, partnering with international stakeholders · Global scope, engagement on multiple treasury projects
