Job Description : Tool Maker Malaysia Description - External Bridge between APU injection/manufacturing and Mold maintenance Review and lead activities to resolve mold related issues at APU injection molding process. Coordinate and follow up injection mold qualification process after mold maintenance. Effective communication, Problem solving, corrective, preventive, Predictive maintenance for mold / machines. Efficient, make Kaizen cards, productivity and cost saving improvements / project control. Participate in QRQC, Analyze Mold spares life and propose improvements to extend the life. Establish the standard for molding parameters and process. Support in selection of the best supplier and develops to support our requirements with quality. Support of molded parts and modification, for molding PM and repair activity including of any engineering change. Apply safety rules with immediate reaction & escalation in case of detected deviation/dangerous situation or safety risks. Make and Respect WI, keep updated all records, database to ensure accuracy of information. Drive the productivity and continuous improvement Analyze and improve of mold and trial process. Investigate and determine the root causes of the mold and/or molding problems. Coach/guide molding production Supervisors and set up technicians to work with correct procedure. Support in technical for mold maintenance repair standard and mold preventive maintenance standard. ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 responsibilities Follow compliance with ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 including quality system Save nature resources , energy and paper & Obey the EHS laws and related requirements Follow the company policy as well as joining or supporting the activities of the company such as ISO, 5S, Kaizen etc. Qualifications - External Should Have completed bachelor degree or Diploma Having Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant field.
