Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGR DUBAI We are looking for a Finance Manager to be part of the Finance Department. The position will be reporting to the CFO and will be responsible for all facets of company finance, including budgeting, allocation and planning. Key responsibilities:- Manage the Accounting & Finance of Plant Operation – Monthly closing , Weekly Cash flow , Group reporting , Ensuring adequate Insurance of all the assets , Inter company reconciliation , Balance sheet reconciliation etc. Preparation of Annual Budget and 5 year plan for the organization , Coordination with relevant department heads and preparation of Opex and Capex with property justification and remarks. Monthly Preparation of MIS and scheduling review meeting with the relevant department. Providing insight on the business performance and cost variance analysis. Preparation of Standard costing and reviewing it on a quarterly basis. Evaluation of new projects for eg : In-Licensing deals, Technology transfer and Capex project Periodically conducting Internal audit and controls – Physical verification , Bonus reconciliation with trade partners etc. Ensure 100% compliance of all statutory requirements , VAT Return and Filling , Tax filling, Group compliance. Understanding of SAP – Experience of working in SAP and understanding of all the module. Building relationship with external customer , Auditor , Banks , trade partner etc. Responsible for Customer management – Receivable and Credit notes. Responsible for Accounts payable – Timely and accurate payment , Debite note adjustments etc. Conducting Statutory Audit on Quarterly and Annual basis with zero qualification. CA or CA Inter with 10+ experience of working in plant finance. Experience working in SAP. Preferably from Pharma or FMCG industry.
