Business Finance Head

Job Description : ead of Business Finance for the Renewable Business of a Power Company based out of Gurugram. The role would closely work with business leaders in the firm and create an enable environment to support the short and long-term success of the business. The Business Finance head will be responsible for ensuring financial controls, keeping a keen eye on the business fiscal performance through MIS, analytics and driving course correction as required - Project Control and Accounts, Receivables and Claims management. Ideal candidate profile: CA/CPA with min of 15 years of experience with at least 6-7 yrs. in senior leadership roles with a company in Power sector preferably with a Renewable Energy company. He/ She will be responsible for accounts and audit as per IGAAP, IFRS and any other regulations. He/ She will develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism. He/ She will also be responsible for Direct & Indirect tax planning, management, and adherence to statutory compliance. He/ She will evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action. He/ She will be front and centre in all project financing needs of the business, particularly debt financing.
