Job Description : Plant Head Location : Nigeria Experience : 18 to 25 years with minimum leadership experience of 8 years and above Industry : Steel Manufacturing Education : min BE Metallurgy, Electrical , Mechanical, MTech, MBA Age: 45 to Max 52 years Work Volume: Managing 200,000 MT plus annually with min. 90% plant utilization Compulsory Expertise on all highlighted domain : EAF, LRF, CCM, Rolling Mill, TPM, TQM, KAIZEN, Six Sigma etc. Brief: Electric Arc Furnace Plant Operations, Project Management, Utilities Management, Meeting Unit Production Targets, Quality Control, Hands on with Production Related Automation Tools, OPEX Management, HSE Assurance and Control, Store and Warehouse Coordination, Workshop Management
