Job Description : GLOBAL VP HR VIETNAM One of the biggest group in tech, IT industry based in Ho Chi Minh City is calling applications for Global VP HR. As Global VP HR, you will report directly to Global CEO based in HCMC, and you will be responsible for leading HR strategies and operation for the business. Manage all HR functions (HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Engagement & Development) Provide strategic HR action plans for organisation development, workforce planning, internal equity, people engagement & development Develop global HR foundations & policies (recruitment, training, compensation, etc.) as well as ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices Lead people initiatives to create a better workplace for all employees everywhere Promote People-First practices and foster a positive working culture at the company Analyse the effectiveness of HR global operations and policies using business metrics & data-driven insight Proven experience as VP of HR, HR Director, or other senior HR roles in a fast-growing global tech startup environment Strong interpersonal skills (Excellent English is a must) & stakeholder management capabilities Deep understanding of Vietnamese or US labour laws and exposure to global employment solutions Experience in strategic planning and implementation at the global scale Vast & updated knowledge of modern HR functions (HRBP, Total Rewards, etc.); familiar with digital HR platforms Well-organised with excellent leadership qualities and being a modern-HR person (dynamic, confident, resilient, and strategic)
