Material Controller

Job Description : Material Controller" for A leading EPC Company based at Central Africa location. Education : Diploma/ Degree - Engineering Exp. Required : 08+ years Salary Offer : As per industry norms Job Description: 1. To arrange the materials according to the instruction of Site superintendent. 2. To manage information relevant to arrival of materials at site and their availability. 3. To manage the receiving, check, storage and preservation of materials delivered at Site. 4. To manage the receiving, check, recording and traceability of material. 5. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of materials movements and materials Storage with the site storage space" 6. All materials must be stored in the appropriate manner according to their composition And relevant specifications. 7. The Materials Controller will ensure that packaged and drummed materials are Stored and segregated in the proper storage areas." 8. To ensure the goods are offloaded correctly using the correct techniques and the Receiving of goods is in line with the relevant SOP’s." 9. Issue the work permits ensuring SHE requirements.
