Job Description : General Sales Manager - (East Africa) Base: Commercial Office, Nairobi, Kenya Age: below 50 years. Responsibility: Sales activities. To service existing wholesaler customers and distributors through the main distributor to ensure optimum distribution of the brands. Achieve set monthly sales targets / budgets. Responsible for collecting the sales proceeds as per company policies Compiling records of all transactions in the field and communicating the same information to the office daily, weekly or periodically as may be required by the Company Standing instructions which may be revised from time to time. Carrying-out promotional activities set by the sales and marketing department with all the resources availed for this purpose. Monitoring and communicating to the management, the competitive activities in your area or new competitive products launched in the market place and suggesting / proposing activities to be incorporated by the company to increase business Manage relationships with super / Main stockist and assist them in achieving the budget agreed and finalized..
