Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO INDONESIA An exciting Chief Operating Officer job has become available at a stable start-up company in the technology industry with an extensive presence in Indonesia. This role will be based in Jakarta and and will report directly to the CEO and Founder. As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overall operations for the company. The COO's main responsibilities include managing, advising, and supporting the senior leaderships to achieve the top and bottom line annual performance target as well as ensuring the company's operating synergies run effectively. Drive operational launch of products/features as well as to develop and execute an integrated go-to-market plan for the product, including feature roll-out, product positioning and routes to market Work with the leadership team to develop company's strategy that ensures P&L, market share and customer satisfaction targets are achieved Lead with strategy and data departments to establish agreed mix of pricing, marketing programmes, direct sales, and channel partners Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives Work in partnership with the management team, create the strategic five-year plan and implement new processes and approaches to achieve it 10 or more years of experience within a technologically-oriented managerial position Business line management experience Experience defining and scaling operational processes, internally and externally Master of Business Administration (MBA) or applicable master's degree (preferred) Willing to challenge the status quo, comfortable interacting with senior management
