Job Description : CEO INDONESIA A well-known lifestyle and entertainment company is recruiting for an attractive Chief Executive Officer job to manage the company's overall operations in Jakarta. Reporting to the Board of Directors, it is the responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer to ensure that the organisation's leadership maintains a constant awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customer base, markets and new industry developments. Creating, communicating and implementing the organisation's vision, mission and overall direction Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from a board of directors Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business Overseeing the complete operation of an organisation in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans Evaluating the success of the organisation in reaching its goals Looking at potential acquisitions or the sale of the company under circumstances that will enhance shareholder value Participating in industry-related events or associations that will enhance the CEO's leadership skills, the organisation's reputation, and the organisation's potential for success To succeed in this CEO role, you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader.
