Job Description : CFO SEA OUT OF SINGAPORE The company is a reputable US-listed company in the B2B services area and have grown through both organic and inorganic means, expanding profitably in the recent years. They provide top notch services to a large array of clients who benefit from its global scale and breadth of service offerings. They hire the best people in the industry and is capital-light to remain agile and resilient to the economic climate. As part of its internal mobility to talents, they are now looking for a SEA CFO as part of its succession planning strategies. This is a finance leadership role overseeing the finance and supply chain management function in SEA where you will manage a sizeable team of more than 60+ headcounts including an offshore shared services center team and a team of high performing middle management team. You will be a strategic business partner and advisor to the regional leadership team in formulating the regional business strategies, developing and tracking of performance indicators and managing the regional budget while ensuring the financial compliance and operational objectives are achieved. You will direct and strengthen the overall finance capabilities in bringing out values to businesses as well as look into areas of digitisation, big-data to build the future of finance. You will support in corporate exercises including M&A, deal structuring and pricing as well as post-merger integration and monitoring of financials. You will have oversight (while not being a subject matter expert) in leading and executing the sourcing and procurement strategies to achieve cost optimization and develop strategic supplier relationships. This person should ideally be degree qualified and CA/CPA with the recent years in a regional finance leadership capacity. You have experience leading regional finance functions located in different countries and managing offshore shared service centre. You are an effective business partner in providing strategic advice and influencing stakeholders of different levels and is comfortable in challenging status-quo to drive business objectives. You are an opportunistic leader in identifying areas where finance can value add to business and create opportunities for team members to demonstrate such capabilities. You thrive well in highly complex and competitive international business landscapes with exceptional communication skills. You will expect to work with high calibre leadership team with a very open and dynamic culture of working.
