Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD DUBAI ,a leading technology platform is recruiting a Head of Finance to join their team in Dubai and oversee global operations. · Business partner with different departments and implement strategies to streamline business performance · Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Subsequently analyse any variances and implement strategies to capitalise on financial objectives · Ensure all accounting transactions and reports are recorded accurately in compliance with regulations · Implement and maintain effective accounting policies to ensure robust controls · Maintain strong relationships with banks and external parties to secure funding and capital requirements · Formulate best practices to streamline business activities and foster a continuous development environment · Minimum 10 years of experience, of which, at least 3 years are within a start-up/ fast-paced organisation · Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related; professional accounting qualification is a PLUS · Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
