Job Description : Maintenance Manager UAE Maintenance Manager Job Description: *Ensuring Smooth operation of utilities, plant and factory *Carrying out inspections of the facilities and factory for identifying and resolving issues. *Checking electrical, Utilities (mechanical, steam , HVAC , Refrigeration systems etc.) of buildings to ensure proper functionality. *Planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities. *Allocating workload and supervising maintenance staff. *Monitoring and assisting for repairing equipment’s/machines arranging spare parts , placing orders upon requirement. *Monitoring expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance *Managing relationships with contractors and service providers Ensuring the maintenance logs, job card , checklist and report are compiled on daily activities. *Dealing With contractors’ external suppliers for AMC, and routine services upon requirement. *Reviewing the work of subordinate staff and providing guidance when needed. *Training, and development of maintenance staff. *Ensuring timely renewal of the agreement, submission of invoices, and follow-ups for the payment. *Overseeing and inquiring for vendor quotations. *Planning implementing and Take part in evacuation Drills. *Arranging internal and external trainings for Operation staff and ensuring OJT for Maintenance staff upon requirement. Requirements: *Food Industry Experience is must *Specifically Meat (Chicken/ beef/ Mutton) Factory experience must *Immediate Joiners are Preferable *Salary based on the experience & Performance in the interview *UAE valid Driving license
