Job Description : EXPORT HEAD IVC Experience in Agro Commodity trading at any West African Francophone country is Must. Roles Develop the Sales Strategy for International Markets - Responsible for Topline Sales, increase the market share - Develop the distribution network, identify buyers, negotiate and finalise business contracts. - Responsible for end-to-end Sales and Export Operations - Responsible for Exports related Documentation and Regulatory Compliances - Build the Organization Brand and Visibility in external markets and build international Value Proposition for the Organisation. Desired Skills and Experience - 10 + years of hands-on experience of managing Sales & Exports in a Agro Commodity Trading/FMCG Company - Proven track record in building and managing sales and distribution in African markets - Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills, should be able manage multiple stakeholders Desired Candidate Profile MUST HAVE- Experience in Agro Commodity trading at any West African Francophone country.
