Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD SINGAPORE reputable FMCG brand name with a strong global footprint. They recently relocated some functions and their international headquarters to Singapore. · Develop and deliver finance strategy and processes to global procurement and supply chain to drive efficiencies across the group · Drive cost efficiencies across the functional teams by building statistical models to analyse cost and profitability. · Develop best in class benchmarking and identify areas of opportunities for time and cost savings and framework to track capex investments and cost movements · Identify drivers of organizational performance through analysis of financial performance and macro-economic trends which impacts the market landscape · Lead the development of new capabilities in automation, centralization and elimination · Lead end-to-end short and long term planning process for supply chain, including capital planning and budgeting, defining metrics to monitor performance against forecast. · Develop and reinforce the global supply chain finance team to be effective business partners for internal and external customers. · Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance · MBA and/or CPA qualification is beneficial · At least 12 years of relevant experience in a Multinational with regional or global scope and at least 5 years in a leadership capacity · Hands-on and strong knowledge in operational and financial processes, master data management and strategic cost management · Strong analytical capabilities · Business-centric and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment which promotes empowerment across all levels
