Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD TOGO FOR AUTO ARISE is a pan-African infrastructure and logistics solutions company developing ecosystems designed to make Africa thrive. ARISE today comprises three separate companies, namely ARISE Ports & Logistics (P&L), ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms (IIP), and ARISE Infrastructure Services (IS) Location : Lome, Togo - West Africa Job Title : Country Head (P&L responsibility). Complete accountability for top line and bottom-line sales & delivery, Develop a robust & exclusive distribution network of dealers & sub dealers in the region Setting up systems & processes Building the complete team from scratch - Sales & Marketing , Commercial, After Sales Service, ESG, Legal, Customer Management, Finance and HR. Complete branding and positioning exercise both for B2C & B2B customers. Business development strategies by setting us sales and service network in the region Working on different strategies like mobility solutions, employment opportunities, social upliftment etc to seed the EV vehicles market in the region. Effective finance tie-ups with various Banks / NBFC’s/ Local financers. Built a sales & service team of highly motivated and performing professionals. Setting up of charging facilities / stations with collaboration of our internal team/vendors. Initiate training program to educate the operational shift from gasoline vehicles to electric vehicles. Education: Preferably a B.Tech + MBA from Good Colleges of India Experience: 17 – 25 years in Automotive Industry. EV Mobility experience will be an added advantage
