Job Description : Regional Commercial Vice President - FMCG. The group a global MNC into dairy, drinks and fresh foods are looking for a seasoned P&L leader who has led strategic sales and marketing teams across multiple regions and geographies. Managing a team of 8 direct reports and 60 Indirect this is a $Multimillion P&L and growth project. you will have 10+ years at Director level leading a $100M + business and have worked with one of the world's leading foods FMCG giants. Must have worked in Europe directly (not remotely) and across ASIA. The role will be a mixture of driving the sales and marketing teams, being a strategic leader Introducing structured and proven methods for growth. Salary $290,000 NET + Schooling X 3 + Business Flights + 40% Bonus.
