20 yearsJob Description : COUNTRY MANAGER VIETNAM One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for a Country Manager (Confidential) in HCMC. In this job, you will responsible for your P&L and strive for sales growth. In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales-related activities to your team. Responsible for P&L to achieve sales growth for Vietnam office Capable to identify new opportunities win project sectors to increase the project pipelines Handle and develop distribution channels Drive the team toward company's vision and strategy with training and development programs To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix. 20+ years experience in sales management/business development with min five years' managerial experience Relevant industry experience in at least of the following focus segments: Utilities /Microelectronics UPW/WWT / Water Treatment / Building M&E Strong sales hunting personality, driven and a self-starter Strong time management skills, able to multitask and work effectively under tight timelines Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviours, competitor analysis and market trends Proven track record in achieving sales targets, distributor network management and business development Good interpersonal and strong communication skills Able to work both independently as well as is a team player
