Global Financial Controller

Job Description : GLOBAL FC SINGAPORE an industry leader in the precision engineering space providing innovative technology solutions to large consumer brands and technology customers. We are rapidly expanding and investing in new capabilities and resources to transform the organization and take it to the next level of growth. We are now looking for a highly astute Global Financial Controller to be part of its management team. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will manage a team responsible for the consolidation and reporting of group finance activities globally across APAC, US and Europe where you will work closely with individual region finance teams. You will drive the monthly business review, budget and forecast discussions and participate in high level decision making with senior leadership team. You will also work with cross functional heads to look into enhancement of manufacturing capabilities and efficiencies across all plants. You are a solid business partner in providing financial insights to strategic planning process and take charge of all aspects of treasury, capital management and fund raising work to support investment activities. This role will play an active role in spearheading process improvements projects globally within the finance organization and identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing organization structure through automation and investing in tech capabilities. The successful candidate should come with strong education credentials from recognised university with more than 20 years in finande and 5 years leading the finance team. You should be technically strong in consolidation with strong attention to details. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and should also be confident in dealing with senior management or varied stakeholders within an organisation. You have an inquisitive mindset, with a self-starter personality with strong desire to learn and progress within an organization. Mandarin speaking is a must as they have significant business presence in China to work with the local stakeholders.
