Job Description : maintenance section head for Saudi Arabia Plastic factory. 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skill. 2. Minimum 10 Years’ experience in Plastic factory such as Thermoforming, Injection molding, blowing film. 3. Excellent knowledge of ILLIG/AMUT/GBLEAR/WM/SML extruder machines and sheet extruder Calendar Rollers. 4. Excellent knowledge of Thermoforming and Injection molding mold. 5. Any mechanical, electrical degree. 6. 5+ years’ experience plastic industry maintenance management. 7. OSHA or other recommended health and safety certificate. 8. People skills (leadership and motivation skills) 9. Organizations skill (multi-tasking, time management) 10.Negotiation skills. 11.Any design software knowledge such as AUTOCAD,SOLID WORK, 3D-max, 12.Strong computer skill. 13.Analytical skill. 14.Know how to groom individual. 15.Problem solving skill. 16.Ability to see big picture. 17.Neutrality. 18.Conclusion skill.
