Job Description : Commercial Manager - Pharmaceuticals Job Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 35000 monthly Industry: Pharma Manufacturing UAE Experience mandatory Total experience Required: 20 years Education: MBA in Marketing / Finance Job Role: The role demands management responsibilities, leading project, planning and resourcing of Compounding projects and introduction of new formulations. The Manager will also ensure the maintenance of compliance to quality and safety systems in company according to regulatory requirements and operation in line with UAE-MOH requirements. Responsibilities: 1. Compounding of semisolid, solid and parenteral dosage formulation in accordance with USP<795>, <797> and USP <800>. 2. Strong background in Good Compounding Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice 3. Successfully faced audits for facility certification. Responsible for All Compliances and to deal with DHA in terms of compliances. 4. Quality control of raw material, in-process control and finished products. Well versed with Vendors in and around UAE. Strong price negotiation skills with Vendors 5. Environmental monitoring of compounding areas especially sterile area 6. Should have previous experience in BD in pharma. Good understanding of UAE Market. Strong clients network in UAE in Hospitals / Clinics. 7. Generating pharmacovigilance program 8. Review existing quality system and perform gap analysis. Continuous improvement of quality management system. Implement quality risk management principles. Keep Laboratory inspection ready. 9. Support marketing team to cater to individual patient needs. Medical training of marketing team. Identify new business opportunities 10. Efficient supply chain management 11. Identify new formulations and prepare a product development plan for next 2 years 12. Develop formulations and prepare Company's own Formulary compendium 13. Identify new equipment required to extend the product line 14. Liaise with marketing team and prepare a marketing plan 15. Identify new business opportunities 16. Risk management Qualification: · Master in Pharmacy with 12-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical compounding of semisolid, solid and sterile dosage forms · More than 5 years of experience in compounding of hazardous drugs. · Experience in all aspects of Compounding · Experience in preparation of ointments, creams, gels, capsules, injectables, gummies, etc. · Well versed with working within cGMP quality standards, USP<795>, USP<797>, USP<800> · Experience in managing and developing a team of more than 5 pharmacists · Experience with working safely in a lab environment and adhering to local and corporate regulatory requirements
