Maintenance Manager

Job Description : Maintenance Manager Experience: - Minimum 10-15 Years of experience Working Location: - Ivory Coast Education: - B.E./B-Tech Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation. Responsibility: - Ø Responsible for Maintenance of Preparation, Solvent extraction, Meal Section, Cattle feed plant, Refinery, Filling & Molding and Utilities like Boiler, ETP, Compressor, Thermosyphon, Generator etc. Ø Develop, maintain, and improve continuously preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability. Ø Schedule all planned maintenance and remedial work orders after assessing resource requirements such as labor, skills, and spare parts. Ø Plan parts, materials, and labor for short- and long-term preventative maintenance to maximize technician wrench time, improve efficiency, increase system reliability and performance. Ø Configure and drive CMMS/EAM usage with the OEM recommended maintenance as a minimum. Ø Coordinate planning and scheduling meetings and ensure effective communication between maintenance and operations. Ø Support business initiatives on lean manufacturing goals, waste elimination, TPM, TQM, and other asset reliability programs. Ø Prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations for improving and solving maintenance related problem The Candidate Must Have: - Ø Basic Knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical & Instrumentation. Ø Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ø Be results-oriented and take pride in meeting goals despite unexpected obstacles. Ø Have outstanding leadership qualities.
