Finance Head

Job Description : CONTROLLING AND FINANCE HEAD VIETNAM Reporting directly to the Regional CFO, the Head of Controlling and Finance will be responsible for all financial areas of the business, including but not limited to controlling, reporting and business analytics, accounting, treasury and tax. This person will also have a dotted-line reporting to the Managing Director of Vietnam. Manage all financial reporting processes adhering to requirements from local, regional and global management Prepare and manage forecasts and business plans Manage accounting and finance functions including daily operations, audit, cashflow/treasury, tax etc. Facilitate timely completion and filing of regulatory reporting Ensure adequate and effective internal control systems Manage tax compliance including corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT Act as a strategic business advisor to MD and other business managers including non-financial users Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business 10 years’ experience in finance/accounting, including FP&A, with five years in team management Strong knowledge in VAS & IFRS, experienced with SAP preferred Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) Working knowledge with tax issues is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving analytical skills Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism, able to handle tight deadlines
